The Better Business Summit
The Better Business Summit is the annual flagship conference by the Better Business Network, a community for like-minded Business Leaders that want to create positive action.
Better Business Summit 2027 takes place 7–8 January, at The Dalton Building, Manchester Metropolitan University. This year's theme is Money Matters, and it's exclusively for BBN members.
Hundreds of purpose driven individuals, changemakers and innovators attended our sold out conferences in 2023, 2024 and 2025. 2027 marks our return after a year focused on The Gathering, and we're coming back asking the question at the heart of everything: how do we build businesses that are resilient and still do right by people and planet?
A lot fits under that question, but this year we're putting particular focus on the legislation reshaping how businesses report and behave, the funding and finance that keeps purpose driven work alive, and the practical support our members need to grow. Speaker line up to be announced in September.
Across two days: Keynotes, Fireside Chats, Deep Dives, Outdoor Sessions and Catalyst Conversations, two evenings of community, and time to actually talk to people, not just watch a panel. Followed by an optional Day in Nature on Saturday 9th January, a slower morning together to walk, think and connect away from the noise.
Tickets: two day tickets start from £200 for Growth members, up to £300 cheaper than last year's full price tickets, plus VAT and a small booking fee. BBN members only. Book your ticket
Food: all catering is plant based this year. Arrival tea, coffee and a mini Danish, mid morning tea and coffee, a two course hot fork buffet at lunch, afternoon tea, coffee and a cookie assortment, and fruit infused water throughout.
Location: The Dalton Building, Manchester Metropolitan University, M1 5GD.
